N.E. PA: 12-Week Dental Assisting Course Eve

Calendar Next available session starts Oct 3, 2020 at 6 pm, runs for 12 weeks

Our 12-week dental assistant program is 85% hands-on and prepares graduates for employment as dental assistants. Classes are taught by a licensed dentist, registered dental assistant, or dental hygienist. The 196-hour outcomes-based course will also prepare students to obtain 2 national certifications: Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Radiology,  and the American Red Cross CPR/BLS certification, making graduates even more employable.

Classes are held two evenings per week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from6 pm to 10 pm. Live online lectures are held Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 pm to 7 pm. Check the campus website for specific days and times classes meet.

Students select one day per week for 2-hour shifts for 10 weeks for clinical shadowing during patient hours.

A maximum of 15 enrollments per class session is allowed for this class.

Students must reserve a class seat with a $149 registration fee.

Students will be placed in a 2 week, 50-hour externship.

COVID-19 Safety Plan: Students will be given 2 face masks which must be worn at all times while on campus, along with gloves. Face shields will be provided during labs where 6 feet distance cannot be maintained.

Classes are taught by a licensed dentist, registered dental assistant, or dental hygienist. The 194-hour outcomes-based course will also prepare students to obtain 2 national certifications: Dental Assisting National Board (DANB) Radiology,  and the American Red Cross CPR/BLS certification, making graduates even more employable.

 

Classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Students select one day per week for 2-hour shifts for 10 weeks for clinical shadowing during patient hours.

A maximum of 15 enrollments per class session is allowed for this class.

Once registered, please make sure you reach to Dr. Yusopov at 516-530-8717 to set up a campus tour and sign your enrollment agreement and receive your catalog.

We have custom financing plans in place which can be discussed with you at the campus in South Huntington.
